Bloom Photographic Restoration are a select, web-based organization with backgrounds in traditional and computer arts, as well as photography and graphic design.
Our aim is to provide our customers with quality, efficient photo restoration and portrait
services, treating each project with care and special attention to achieve the best results
for our clients.

Using the latest digital restoration techniques and software we are able to provide basic touch-up and image improvements to major reconstruction and everything in-between, bringing your treasured memories to their original condition.
We are also able to produce hand made Pop-Art portraiture from your favorite snaps
creating a truly unique addition to any home or office.

At Bloom, our services are divided into 4 main categories allowing us work effectively to set pricing and timescales depending on which category your requirements fall under:

Basic tonal enhancement and scratch/minor damage removal in non-complex areas of the image.
Comprehensive tonal enhancement and major damage removal.
All of the above plus full reconstruction of complex areas of the image (faces, hands etc.)
Unique handmade Pop-Art portraiture created from your snaps!

Uploading your images couldn't be any simpler.
All you need to do is scan your photograph at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and send it to us via email or your internet browser using our web upload tool.
We accept most image formats; however, we recommend
high quality .jpeg or .tiff files for better print outcomes.

All received photographs and CDs will be returned.
Please note that we are unable to accept liability for
any article(s) lost on their way to us.

At the order stage we ask you to select your required restoration service and offer a variety of print
sizes and framing options. We use high quality Fuji gloss and semi-gloss photo paper for all our printing for truly outstanding results.

We can print in almost any standard size. 6x4 (album size) is a handy size for displaying your pictures; however, for images of special significance, you may wish to have enlargements made in any of the following sizes: 7x5, 8x6, 9x6, 10x8, 12x8, 12x10 or 15x10 inches.

Pay via Paypal’s secure server using your credit or debit card. You can also use your existing Paypal account for even faster, hassle-free payment!

Once we have the finished result prepared, we will contact you by e-mail with a proof image. Simply follow the link to the Paypal website, where your payment options will be provided.

Your photographs will be delivered via Royal Mail Special delivery and all charges are made at the national rate.

Delivery charges are incorporated into the billing
for each specific service and will include the return of
any supplied images or articles.
